In the FAQ it reads: Is Tough Mudder the U.S. version of Tough Guy U.K.? No. Tough Mudder is nothing to do with Tough Guy UK, and has no affiliation with it. We suspect that Tough Guy UK is an easier version of Tough Mudder. Holy crap that is ballsy. The footage on the site looks like it could easily have been taken completely from the Tough Guy race. The pits, locations, all look the same. Digging around, it's Wiki entry says it was just started up last year. I think I might be on a mission to do these guys in for being so cocky and ripping the idea off while disparaging the originals.
