Goodbye Maui, Hello Winter

I took the wife on a quick vacation to  Maui over the holidays and suddenly she became really pregnant.  It sort of snuck up on us, but seemingly overnight my wife became eight months pregnant.  I knew it when she looked at me after a long day touring the island and said, “that’s it for travel for me… at least until the baby comes.”  (She loves travel, probably more than anything).

So we’re back in Oregon, it’s cold and snowy and I have just 28 days left until the big race.

I raised a good amount of money over the holidays, and I’m now over 40% of the way there, with $1465 raised and $2035 left to go.
